Meet the Team of Baby, Toddler & Child Sleep Consultants at Sleep Love and Happiness

Bonnie Dimmick, Founder and Owner of Sleep Love and Happiness Sleep Consulting

*Available to families in Denver, Colorado and virtually around the world

Bonnie has helped hundreds of exhausted and discouraged families around the world get more sleep.

She can confidently say that your baby, toddler or young child CAN learn to sleep well with the right tools and support.

As a mom of two little ones, Bonnie has been in your shoes. She fell prey to the troubling parenting myth that becoming a mom would mean sacrificing her reliance on, and love, of a good night’s sleep, but she learned that it doesn’t have to be this way.

Bonnie is a rockstar sleep consultant! She was patient, kind and helpful throughout the sleep support process. With her help and guidance, we went from two-hour stretches to sleeping through the night. I'd highly recommend working with Sleep, Love and Happiness!

"Elizabeth has helped our baby (and family) get better sleep. She has also helped us as parents feel more confident and educated about baby sleep... She has a unique approach that is effective but also very gentle and adaptable for the baby. Her written sleep plan is also very helpful and educational."

We are dedicated to educating and empowering other parents and caregivers to help their families get better sleep. What would be different if you and your child were sleeping better?

“Bonnie is amazing. Her sleep plan has completely changed our lives. It used to take me an hour to get my baby down for bedtime, and now he’s falling asleep in under seven minutes consistently. I was desperately looking for a sleep plan that did not involve crying it out, and this was what I needed. I would highly recommend this program for anyone who is looking to sleep train their little one.”

"Elizabeth's services were the best money I have ever spent. My three-year-old son was waking up in the middle of the night due to some family stress, combined with some things he didn't need in his bed at night. Elizabeth spoke to me at length and offered suggestions that were based on kindness, love, and support, rather than punishment or negative consequences--and they worked right away. My child is not just a better sleeper, but he is receptive to what I tell him at night now, and even says it himself before he goes to bed."

As a new mom I am basically clueless and overwhelmed with the amount of information there is about sleep. Bonnie was very understanding, calm, knowledgeable and good at explaining things and making them easy for me to implement. Bonnie is also very laid back and doesn’t push you to do something a certain way. She works with what is best for you and your family with no judgement. I would highly recommend working with her. My baby is now 8 months old and he has been sleeping through the night pretty consistently
