DETAILS ABOUT OUR WORK TOGETHER
Your holistic, personalized step-by-step sleep plan will be based on an in-depth assessment of your child, your family and your specific needs and goals. We will utilize my proven sleep strategies and customize it to your specific situation.
I will write a preliminary plan prior to our meeting but we will finalize it together so that you feel confident and comfortable with our steps to get your little one sleeping well!
This evaluation will be done through a detailed questionnaire so I can start getting to know your family before our video meeting.
During this meeting we will discuss and finalize your sleep plan and answer all your questions to ensure that you feel confident and comfortable implementing it.
You will have unlimited access to me during your support period through a free app called Rested.
We will track sleep so we can all see where we are making progress and where we need to adjust.
Through voice and text messages you will get the support and answers you need to support your little one in learning to sleep well!
You will also have follow up calls to allow us to chat through things more in depth to make sure we get you sleeping well as soon as possible and answer all your questions for moving forward.
After you complete the program, you will have access to me through my Facebook Graduates group. This gives you access to me long term for quick questions that come up.
With this toolkit, you will have the resources to keep sleep on track long term, through all those times when things pop up throughout childhood.
If you want a little more support on night 1, real time virtual support through voice, text and video messages is for you! You will have me at the tip of your fingers for IMMEDIATE answers, troubleshooting, adjustments and encouragement to ensure our sleep plan gets off to the best possible start!

We will be working together side-by-side, in the comfort of your home for 3, 6 or 12 hours starting 30 minutes before bedtime routine on night one. We will make real-time adjustments to ensure things go as smoothly as possible and that we are on the path to sleep success from the very first bedtime. Plus, you can pick my brain on all things baby-sleep, have an extra hand to hold, shoulder to lean on and real life cheerleader encouraging you every step of the way!
