Know Someone Who Needs my help?

Refer someone and when they become a client you will receive a $15 Starbucks or Target gift card!

You don’t need to be a past client to be part of the referral program, you just need to contact me directly about your referral or have them tell me your information!

It is never too early to start laying the groundwork for your newborn to learn to sleep well.

The first few months with your new baby are precious, and I am very sensitive to this. With this package, I will educate you on how to start helping your little one learn the skills necessary to become an independent sleeper. Although newborns are not ready to sleep through the night just yet, we will set the groundwork for your newborn to happily sleep through the night (and take long, restful naps during the day) in the weeks and months to come.

When you schedule a private consultation with me, you will get:
  • A private 60-minute consultation with me
  • A newborn sleep plan to set the groundwork for healthy sleep habits and details on what you can expect with your newborn's sleep over the coming weeks.
  • 12 weeks of one-on-one support with me. Includes weekly email check-ins, and three 30-minute follow up phone calls to discuss successes, progress and steps moving forward.
  • All my "Moving Forward Guides" to equip you with the information needed to help you keep sleep on track no matter what life throws at you.

A little note about the “crying” question: Since people always ask me about whether my solutions involve “crying it out,” I think it’s something that deserves to be addressed here.

Crying is your child’s way of protesting a change, and you can expect that making changes to their sleep habits will result in some protest. That’s why I’m always sure to tell parents that my program will most likely involve at least some amount of protest on the child’s part.

Please understand that I will never ask you to leave your child to cry alone, nor will I ask you to ignore their cries. The reason that the Sleep Sense™ Method is so effective is that it lets you develop a plan that you feel comfortable with, based on what you know about your child.
